Stair nosing profile for safety anti-slip inserts • For retrofitting • Especially skidproof and resilient • Suitable for barrier-free building TREDSAFE are stair nosing profiles in aluminium or V2A stainless steel for use with DIAMONDTRED safety inserts and are suitable for retrofitting in all existing stair flooring surfaces. Five different constructions in a wide range of variants are available to fit every application area: with extra-flat ramped edge, e. g. for tiled and natural stone surfaces with a ramped edge on both sides, e. g. for tactile attention and warning markings with flush butt joint, e.g. for thin flooring types with varying step edge forms, e. g. to cover defective step edges with integrated flooring inlet slot, e. g. for fitted carpets All TREDSAFE profiles are installed either using screws or adhesive bonding. Range of 25 profile designs to match all staircase applications INSTALLATION: TREDSAFE step-nosing profiles and DIAMONDTRED inserts are quick and easy to install.The profiles are supplied pre-drilled to facilitate screw fixing. Damaged steps should be repaired prior tofixingthe step-nosing profile. The safety insert is manufactured with a self adhesive backing. The insert is installed by removing the backing paper and then pressing it firmly into the profile.
