With its unique, unrepeatable nature BARK is obtained from the outer faces of the aluminium brick. Thanks to the high melting temperatures and the vapours emitted during the production of this enormous aluminium brick, the outer part, also called the “crust”, creates traces, indelible, unique and always different impressions which, once they have cooled down, become a new and unrepeatable raw material which cannot be artificially reproduced in any way. “Bark” sheets are numbered to prove their uniqueness and unrepeatable “appeal”. The respective procurement times may be very long and there is no certainty about what type of finish will result because it is impossible to “define”. The Bark collection is produced in a custom thickness that varies according to the production lot from a minimum of 5mm up to thicknesses even as high as 25/30mm. The ideal ‘Bark’ is available for each project, after technical and aesthetic needs have been evaluated during the analysis phase. All projects belonging to this collection are appropriately numbered and branded (also at the request of the customer) and are accompanied by a “Bark Passport", an original document showing the essential details of the sheet as proof of its production uniqueness. No Bark element may be reproduced, as it is a uniquely artisan raw material produced in an unquestionably limited edition. COLOUR OVERVIEW The DVNE® collection is offered in two grades which are distinguished by their different superficial, brillant (B) or matt (ARC) finishes on a special color chart in 16 color anodic treatment variables.
