With DVNE® it is now possible to create numerous unique elements in terms of form and application. You can create table coverings, and panels for vertical and horizontal use. In other sectors we can also create custom-made processes, to be specifically programmed, which allow the raw material to be processed, folded, drilled and appropriately transformed so that all shapes and sizes required can be adopted. As for interiors and furnishings, DVNE® can be applied to containers, curved sheets and many other types of production, right up to special applications such as suspended ceilings and raised floors. Raised surfaces, linings for kitchen risers, plating on panels for doors, tables and other elements both indoors and out. The DVNE sheet can be folded and moderately curved (after feasibility analysis by our technical department) for use in many fields and projects. Use in industry must be geared to comply with the requirements of the anodic oxidation process that determines colour shades and variability between production batches. DVNE enhances the effect of light and therefore, just as there may be present minimal colour alternations and variability between one sheet and another even in high volume production, this particular feature must be pointed out. Every special process and/or specific shape of tile must be decided in advance with our technical department, which will analyse feasibility and implementation, as well as the production waste and the lots/execution times. The application purpose and implementation of every request must therefore be assessed with great attention.
