The Stingray ropes course mimicks this dream perfectly and allows children to challenge themselves with every inch of this game. Specifications Size -- Length 25.80 m Size -- Width 20.95 m Size -- Height 3.47 m Ages 5 - 12 yrs Capacity 137 Use Zone -- Length 30.06 m Use Zone -- Width 25.21 m Use Zone -- Area 466.17 m2 Fall Height 3.47 m Product Features: SUPPORT POSTS: This will be 4 1/2" (114.3mm) OD Schedule 40 6061-T6 aluminum tubing with a minimum 15/64" (6.02mm) wall thickness. The posts will be connected to the contoured frame by 4" OD Schedule 40 6061-T6 aluminum sleeving into a coped housing to prevent exposed joints. CONTOURED FRAME: This will be 8 5/8" (219.08mm) OD Schedule 40 6061-T4 aluminum tubing with a minimum 21/64" (8.179mm) wall thickness. 20MM ROPE: These will be 20 mm diameter polyamide (nylon) / polyester rope cable with UV protection and fire retardant solution. Each rope consists of 6 strands each containing at least 24 galvanized steel reinforcing wires within a polyamide (nylon) / polyester braid, wrapped around a solid polymer core for a total of at least 144 galvanized steel reinforcing strands. Rope shall achieve a Class 7-8 Colourfastness rating. PAINT PROCESS: All exposed aluminum will be finished with polyester powder coating. Prior to the powder coating application, the surface will undergo sandblasting and will be treated with an electrostatic primer having a minimum thickness of 1.5 mils.
