Playground climbing structure NEBULA FLUX ASSEMBLY 1

We love to improve our designs by adding a few more challenges for children to enjoy. These panels add an extra climbing feature to the Nebula Flux. Specifications Size -- Length 5.72 m Size -- Width 5.72 m Size -- Height 4.40 m Ages 5 - 12 yrs Capacity 46 Use Zone -- Length 9.38 m Use Zone -- Width 9.38 m Fall Height 2.95 m Product Features: CONTOURED POSTS: This will be 8 1/2" (216.3mm) OD with a minimum 1/4" (5.8mm) wall thickness. These will be painted and phosphate dipped. CLIMBING NETS: These will be 20 mm diameter, polyamide (nylon) rope cable with UV protection and fire retardant solution. Each rope consists of 6 strands each containing 24 galvanized steel reinforcing strands within a polyamide sleeve, wrapped around a solid polyamide core for a total of 144 steel reinforcing strands; each end of the cable having a junction loop attached onto the cable with a finished aluminum sleeve and lined with a galvanized steel wear bar. Rope shall achieve a Class 7-8 Colourfastness rating. PENDULUM SEAT: This will be a steel disc coated in a PAH free EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber. The rubber disc will be suspended with a galvanized steel chain covered in a protective rubber hose. CLIMBING PANEL: This will be 11/16" (18mm) HDPE (high density polyethylene) sheeting. This material is durable, weather resistant and non-toxic. BALL KNOTS: This will be a one-piece compressed aluminum ball, compressed in place with 150,000 pounds force (667 kN) to prevent the connection from moving and causing premature cable wear. IGLOO CONNECTOR: This will be a stainless steel connector allowing for 1 plane of motion.
