MODULAR HOUSES were born from the analysis of constructions built throughout the world from ancient times to the present day.
With the MODULAR HOUSE project , simple, economical constructions are created, with multiple ecological and anti-seismic uses that combine tradition and advanced technologies, to build houses, schools, hospitals, barracks, churches, campsites, shelters and work camps, particularly useful in the event of natural disasters, earthquake zones, etc. Constructions, adaptable to all climates and all situations, quick to build because they do not require foundations but only the leveled ground on which the support blocks of the basic structure are placed.
MODULAR HOUSES are constructions that can be assembled in a short time and can be dismantled and reassembled with added modules recycled several times, which are transported dismantled in containers, therefore not a container-house or the transport of air-filled envelopes, but modular structures according to needs with 5-meter wide modules for 1-story houses and 6 and 9-meter modules for 2-story houses, in sizes from 30 to 300 m2, expandable by the meter.
The construction is made up of a modular triangular structure, rigid but light, self-supporting and quick to assemble thanks to the innovative glove joints and the pre-cut panels to design.
The external shield is completely insulated from the internal shell thanks to the naturally recirculating air cavity on all walls, without thermal bridges and with insulated walls for living comfort and maximum energy savings in all climates.
