Description

PRODUCT INFORMATION Smoothed Concrete is a forged monolithic concrete slab in situ, smoothed manually and mechanically. It has a minimum thickness of 5 cm, the surface is colored with pigment hardeners. It can be a structural monolithic slab, which eliminates the cost and need for a subfloor, or may be applied as 5 cm thick lining over an existing structural slab or subfloor. The gaskets are necessary for the proper expansion of the concrete. APPLICATIONS Floors Stairs Due to its resistance it allows for installation in high pedestrian and vehicular transit. ADVANTAGES AND POSSIBILITIES – Monolithic slab made in-situ with a smooth finish. – Fast execution. – Does not need a subfloor (you can apply over the current stratiform). – Suitable for High Traffic: Vehicular and pedestrian. – Wide variety of colors. – Without limitations to forms. – Low maintenance. – Residential, commercial and industrial use. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE – Clean with water and mild soap, using brush with fiber cloths. – Apply wax or wax maintainers periodically TECHNICAL INFORMATION SMOOTHED CONCRETE SYSTEM COMPOSITION – Concrete hardener with color, Water Sealer and waxes. THICKNESS – 5cm on subfloors or slabs (for pedestrian or vehicular traffic) – 8 cm on floors over stratiform and pedestrian traffic – 12-15 cm on floors over stratiform and vehicular traffic
