Tribune seating BOLIDT, HENDRIK-IDO-AMBACHT

EeStairs was appointed to produce a grand staircase for the Bolidt Innovation Center, in Hendrik-Ibo-Ambact, the Netherlands. The space, which acts as a symbol for the flooring and decking manufacturer’s track record in the shipping industry, is located in a 15-metre high building that features a number of interactive exhibits. Located on the building’s ground floor, the large stage, or tribune staircase not only allows movement between levels, but also acts as an ideal space for talks and group-working. Bolidt were keen to contribute to the staircase, which is fully covered in one of brand’s flooring materials, finished in an attractive yellow. The detailing of the yellow grandstand is special and shows different Bolidt floor systems in a subtle way. There was a perfect cooperation with EeStairs. Joris Lüchinger
