Self Cube is the new proposal dedicated to the world of catering. The continuous search for unique solutions and the careful study towards the most recent trends in terms of aesthetic, practicality and functionality, have led to the definition of this line for food and drinks display and distribution. It is characterized by squared and essential shapes for a modern and refined style. The range consists of refrigerated, heated, neutral elements and a rich variety of accessories. We offer modular solutions with a depth of 750 mm, which can be easily joined side-by-side in line or placed as islands according to your needs. The refrigerated display cases have the following technical features: ► Stainless steel top AISI 304, th. 12/10, H=50 mm ► Refrigerated laminar airflow in the tank and on all shelves ► Evaporator with anti-corrosion coating, which can be lifted to easily clean the well ► Insulation by high density expanded polyurethane without C.F.C. and H.C.F.C. ► Refrigerated cabinet with drawers ► With condensing unit. Defrost is performed through stop of the compressor ► Condensed water drain on bottom (evaporation kit on request) ► Independently managed temperature and defrost of the display case and the cabinet by digital programmable thermostats ► Display case with sliding doors on operator side to easily refill it ► LED lighting on the ceiling and shelves Available with curtain, clapet or closed on customer side.
