A new wood effect by Ergon. Oak viewed in a new light, in its steam-treated version with enhanced colours and natural details. This traditional treatment process uses jets of boiling water to open the wood’s pores for an even warmer, more welcoming look. Ergon wood enters a new dimension. Both conceptually and literally. The collection’s planks are lightweight and slender thanks to their new 24x278 cm size, added alongside the more standard options for a complete, functional compositional toolkit.There are three colours available: Rovere Pallido – subdued and delicate, Rovere Dorato – warm and glowing, and Rovere Imbrunito – intimate and sophisticated. As well as its visual characteristics, the new collection also offers a unique tactile ‘feel’. Thanks to the Digi-Touch technology, in which the porcelain stoneware undergoes two digital printing phases, tiles have a special 3D structure perfectly integrated with the texture of their patterning, giving the final product a realistic three-dimensionality and an unprecedented tactile effect.
