Product description
Minirail by ERCO is a miniaturised 48V low-voltage track system designed for flexible, space-saving lighting installations. The system uses two isolated conductors and a narrow profile of 22 mm, enabling high-quality lighting in tight or aesthetic-sensitive environments. Minirail 48V supports compact luminaires and can be used for display cases, surface ceiling mounting, recessed integration and suspended installations with appropriate accessories.

Mounting and installation

• Track can be cut on site without damaging conductor paths.
• Guide slot for drill holes to speed up mounting on ceilings and walls.
• Available mounting options: surface-mounted, recessed (with plaster trim profiles), pendant (cable or tube suspension) and singlet feed for individual luminaires.
• Profiles available up to 3 m in length.

Materials and finishes

• Aluminium profile, powder-coated (including the inside) or anodised.
• Standard colours: white (RAL9002), black, silver; extended custom colour options available.
