A concrete boundary-beacon of great sobriety and formal simplicity with a built-in lighting fixture for illuminating pathway. Mota is a faceted concrete volume in the shape of an inverted 'L' that incorporates a space for the integration of the LED luminaire and, due to its height, can be used as an occasional seat. Its name comes from the sixth example of use given to the word “mota” by the dictionary of the Royal Academy of the Spanish Language. “A natural or artificial prominence with a low height that rises up above a plain”.
