Our UltraTech Versatile ceiling and wall panels have been designed for semi-flush cleanroom environments Choose from a range of insulation cores, widths and heights. Fixing detail: Semi flush Metal type: Continuously hot-dip coated strip and sheet of structural steel Core types: QuadCore, ECOsafe PIR, MF core Lengths: Check specific core for available lengths Thickness : A range of thicknesses from 40-100mm. Quadcore, ECOsafe PIR cores UltraTech Versatile panels are available with de-ending to both top and bottom of the panel Allows for flush integration into our adjustable floor track UltraTech Versatile De-Ended Panel Kingspan UltraTech Versatile 1100mm panels have a unique de-ended panel solution, available for 60mm & 80mm thickness panels only. This allows for fully flush integration with a range of cleanroom accessories. The panel core, Quadcore, ECOsafe PIR or MF is factory routered from the bottom of the Versatile wall panels. Extruded Aluminium top hat profile is placed into the de-ended panel with the panel face folded around. Patent pending. UltraTech Versatile panels are available with de-ending to both top and bottom of the panel. This unique detail allows for flush integration into our adjustable floor track.
