Description

The M Series modules are suitable for installation downstream of air treatment systems/plants, scrubbers or cartridge filters or pipeline sections where the filtration of the air from specific industrial processes such as welding process, die casting, turning and laser cutting is required. The modules are supplied on request with fan, junctions and plenum. The M modules can be supplied in two variations: • NTA: standard execution (with very high efficiency filtration) • NTB: double air flow execution (with higher air flow rates and lower filtration efficiency) The M modules are also distinguished depending on: - they are suitable for filtering dry smokes and dry powders MD model - they are suitable for filtering oily fumes and vapors MDL model The module consists of epoxy powder coated panels. It is equipped with an inspection door mounted on hinges and locked with keylocks. The Compact series electric panel allows to power and control the electrostatic filters. Electronic control and management of electrostatic filters is the Energy version. On the control panel there is an on/off switch, voltage warning signal and electrostatic filter efficiency display system, low voltage control circuit with fuses in case of overcurrent control. The module is supplied with the two sides of open air passage. On these sides the air conveyor channels must be fixed. The electrical power supply (230 V) must be connected to the electrical panel with the appropriate plug.
