Mobile rollers for heat retention covers designed for medium-large sized public pools, capable of withstanding intense workloads. Specially designed to avoid obstructions on the edges of the pool, the MNR Series cover rollers are an excellent solution for swimming facilities that require a product that is high quality, functional and resistant over time. The MNR Series has a sturdy aluminum, white oven-painted framework. Upon request, the MNR316 version can be supplied with Aisi 316 framework and reel. Basic accessories: – 4 castor wheels of which 2 have breaks; – Reel headers with stainless steel pegs, welded and resting on double spherical self-lubricated bearings; – Crank for manual use. Available in a manual and electric “EL” version (with gear motor GD24 -24V – with reducer release for manual use, control panel and 220/24V transformer equipped with keyboard. All this protected by a PVC IP55 box). Standard Reel Length: 6 mt; upon request additional lengths up to a 9 mt are available. Capacity: MNR/25 – x2 covers mt 6.00 x 25.00 each MNR/50 – x3 covers mt 6.00 x 25.00 each or x2 covers mt 6.00 x 50.00 each ONLY ONE COVER FOR THE WHOLE POOL Only one MNR roller is sufficient to gather all the covers necessary to shelter a half sized olympic swimming pool. The light structure and 4 castor wheels allow for easy manoeuvrability. MOTORIZED VERSION: FASTER AND QUICKER The motorized version is supplied with an extremely good quality, reliable 24V gear motor, keyboard, control panel and reducer. Available upon request a wireless remote control to facilitate opening and closing procedures.
