Description

A rejection of the ‘rational square boxes’ that dominated furniture design before the advent of Charles and Ray Eames and Verner Panton, the Divina armchair uses soft, sculptural contours to mimic the reposing form of the human body. The furniture provide a simple ‘tabletop’ for the portable technology that now seems to follow us everywhere. The design of the Divina -fluid in form and function- is intended to accomodate both the passive and active behavior of its users. Monoblock armchair in moulded polyurethane foam with metal structure included. The leaping platform, further to the use as an armrest, it can also be loaded up to a maximum weight of 30 kgs. The final cover cannot be taken off. The polyethylene version is realized with th rotomoulding system. Thermal shock resistant, UV stabilized. Suitable also for outdoor use. Available in 10 different colours.
