An appliance for slicing cold meats, cheeses, etc. Anodized aluminium alloy structure (chilled casting) - fence plate safety lock for the removal of the carriage (only on models V, excluding model V250) - blade protection fixed ring - extractable blade protector - adjustable fence knob with graduated scale - fixed blade sharpener with two grinders for sharpening the blade. Vertical slicers can be supplied with a meat tray on request.
