Description

A light weight and durable duct fan with very low noise levels, suitable for most low volume low to medium pressure ducted applications. Low noise levels Durable light weight construction Quick installation Static pressure up to 900 Pa AC Motor (230V/1ph/50hz or 60hz) Motor protection to IP44 Backward curved centrifugal impellers Espada duct fans are typically found as boost fans within long duct runs and trickle extract fans due to the nature of them moving the air in-line with the axis of the impeller. The Espada is often used as bathroom extract and in hydroponic applications where humidity is high. It has a light weight yet durable construction and are designed to fit directly into spiral ductwork for a quick installation. Due to the lower flow rates and pressure, tube fans have very low noise levels making them ideal for installation into ceiling voids. A Woods Air Movement product. Up to 70ºC depending on size Casings of sizes 100 - 315 are manufactured from an impact and flammable resistant plastic and feature an integrated IP44 rated terminal box and guide vanes. Fan impellers, for diameters up to and including 250mm, are manufactured from plastic, while the 315mm size is manufactured from galvanised steel. Rigid folded spiral-seam ducts (Spiro), flexible aluminium or plastic ducts with standardised diameter can be used. Insulation class F with additional moisture protection impregnation and thermal contacts which are connected in series with the windings of the motor. Speed is 100% infinitely variable using auto transformers or electronic control.
