Design
The elegance of subtraction defines the BRAIDENSE bookcase: formal rigour, premium materials and refined craftsmanship in balanced proportions. The thick veneered wood frame delivers a sense of solidity and presence, while the open metal display compartments interrupt shelf symmetry to create a sophisticated material contrast. Designed as a tribute to Milan and the historic Braidense National Library, the system is conceived to host books and objects in a dynamic, refined arrangement.

Technical details

• Structure: Canaletto walnut veneer with raw-wood effect finish; or ash veneer stained ebony; or oak veneer with raw-wood effect finish.
• Internal compartments: bent sheet metal with epoxy powder-coat finish; available burnished or matt titanium 710, or in painted colours: white 100, cream 205, pearl beige 130, umbra grey 720, sage green 730, pearl mouse grey 740, brown grey 805, bronze 820, matt black 900, matt white 160, matt sand 610, matt brick 620, matt sage green 630, matt terracotta 625, matt forest green 635.
• Base: metal with epoxy powder-coat finish in the same colour as internal compartments; rests on adjustable feet.
