Overview
Three Cryobain ice bath models have been developed to improve athlete recovery after exercise. These cold-water baths reduce post-exercise fatigue, stimulate circulation and limit muscle soreness through cold thermal shock and hydrostatic pressure.

Models

• Cryoplus: Ideal for tall users; absence of a third step saves space and improves comfort.
• Cryobain: Iconic model; adjustable immersion depth for seated, standing or full-body treatments.
• Cryoduo: Two-person standing model; teak and stainless-steel steps increase interior space so two people can stand.

Benefits

• Minimizes fatigue after intense workouts and promotes optimal recovery.
• Stimulates blood circulation and reduces muscle pain via cold-water thermal shock and hydrostatic pressure; benefits are felt long-term.

Recommended temperature and duration
Water temperature: 7–12 °C. Recommended immersion time (minutes) equals the temperature in °C (e.g., 7 minutes at 7 °C).
