Roto AL Designo is fully concealed aluminium hardware engineered for large and heavy windows and balcony doors. It combines a modular concept based on the Roto modular principle with compatibility for most Euro‑chamber profile systems, addressing architectural requirements for appearance, functionality and fabrication efficiency.

Hinge sides
The Roto AL Designo sets standards in design and function with a fully concealed hinge side. All components (excluding the handle) are integrated into frame and sash and remain invisible from the outside.

• Combination of clamping block and clamp‑strip with integrated piercing screw for solid interlocking and positive clamping of the hinge side.

Hinge side STS
Hinge side STS extends the system for higher insulation and soundproofing while providing load-bearing capacity for sash weights up to 130 kg (with load transfer). It uses stainless steel components, a simplified installation concept and integrated damping to support fabricators and end users; suitable for residential and public buildings.

• Turning curve enables collision‑free opening with minimal clearance or flush profiles
• Stamped stainless steel components for durability and corrosion resistance (suitable for tropical and Mediterranean climates)

Hinge side STS 180° is designed for sash weights up to 80 kg and for buildings requiring full‑opening capability. High‑quality stainless steel ensures corrosion resistance and long service life; 180° opening facilitates external cleaning.
