Polyurethane foam tape, impregnated with open cells, pre-compressed and with an adhesive side, free from CFC and chlorine. After application, the pre-compressed band slowly expands to fill the joint. GEBOTAPE NPE has good resistance to weather and UV rays. Features • High expansion; • Once expanded, it has good thermo- acoustic insulation property and it seals the joint against the rain; • It is impermeable to rainfall, if used in joints of maximum thickness equal to 30% of the expandable thickness; • It permits the diffusion of natural environmental moisture; • Can be painted with water based paints. Applications For interior and exterior. Joins between windows, doors and wooden, metal or PVC bins and brickwork. For filling spaces between stairs and walls, between ceiling and walls.
