Description

MEADOW is a family of pillows created entirely from waste from other furniture production. Through an ingenious pattern construction, Lisa Hilland has with MEADOW managed to create a completely unique expression in these hand-sewn pillows, only with the small pieces of leather that otherwise could not have been used. MEADOW is made in several different sizes, all built according to the same ingenious construction. The front is in vegetable tanned leather with sewn leather flowers, backed with textile. The inside is softly upholstered with loose wool. The range of sizes and colors is based on the availability of residual leather from the production of chairs and armchairs. Design: Lisa Hilland 2022 Material: Vegetable tanned leather, textile and wool. Dimensions: ca 30x18, 35x20, 35x35, 60x35, 50x50 and dia 25x70 cm
