Description
For prefabricated building units without seals we offer an extensive range of sealing profiles for retrofitting. Thereby it could basically be decided between two systems:
- tube seals made of silicone rubber for later milling in
- self-adhesive seals for later sticking in
Both options offer their advantages and disadvantages. Thus it is not possible to mill in a notch later on in every prefabricated building unit, respectively there is not enough space for a self-adhesive profile in every prefabricated building unit.
Please note that for a later placement of seals the exact profile level has to be found to avoid a destructive generation of condensation water on the inner surface.
