“Simil Porfido” paving flags are widely used for porticoes, courtyards, pavements, driveways, car-parks, terraces and other similar places. SIMIL PORFIDO - COMPOSITION ANALYSIS “Simil Porfido” paving flags and slabs are made with a vibro compressed agglomerate of high-strength cement (PTL 425), marble powder and grains obtained from the grinding of accurately selected hard stones and porphyrys imparting a compactness and hardness to the product equivalent to that of natural stone. Each flag is about 3.8 cm thick, the top layer (1.5 cm) consisting of the above materials, the base layer (2.3 cm) of silica sand and high-strength cement (PTL 425) at a ratio of 400 kg x 1 m3 sand.
