Dorma’s folding shower glass systems are spectacular and have a wide range of finishes and shapes. With no supporting guiderail on the floor, the harmonic systems have an upper support bar that carries the entire weight of the glass door. If there are no holes or pockets in the floor beneath the EVODUR ESG safety glass sliding door, cleaning can be done quickly and easily. Folding shower cabinets are fitted without a support bar, only the silicone seals are added to the installation. The essential condition for choosing this partcular system is that the walls the bar is to be installed onto or into is rigid and robust. If this is not possible and the walls are already finished, or the finishing materials have been fitted, then additional customised fixtures and fittings can be made to support the system in a safe and effective way. In the case of the Harmonic shower doors, Glas Expert uses EVODUR ESG safety glass or, if specified, extra-clear or ultra-clear (low iron) EVOLAM K tempered and laminated safety glass. For ‘comfortable visual partitioning’ of any given space, we recommend placing a ceramic printed image or coloured stripes at eye level on the glass, using EVOPRINT. If the objective is to create a completely private space, then the entire surface of the EVODUR ESG can be ceramic printed with a special photo or image, at resolutions of up to 1330 DPI. 1330 DPI.
