Description

The onesided mirror-coating on mouthblown or manually rolled glass panels opens new ways of designs for furniture and wall installations. A higher brilliance, a greater depth effect and stronger chromaticity are the hallmark of this mouthblown special glass. Due to the mirror effect the unique glass structure with its scattered bubbles an reams gets even more conspicuous. For interior design works a mirror-coating is applicable both on coloured and on clear glass sheets. If the mirror-coating is supplementally treated by an artificial ageing process the mirrored glass especially in case of clear glass gets the appearance of an antique mirror. Relative to handling mirrored glasses correspond to all the other glasses from Lamberts and can be obtained directly ex works. All of our mouth-blown flat glasses can be mirrored. Such a mirror consists of glass backed with metal coating, which no longer lets any light through. With mirroring, the back is covered with such a metal mixture. The possible combinations of our variety of colors and the most diverse surface structures lead to a wide variety of creative possibilities. All imaginable colors and structures can be created and a glass mirror made of hand-blown panes is extremely brilliant and noble. Moutblown silvered glasses (mirrors) are perfect for contemporary interior design and architecture.
