Overview
The Grant Vortex Utility range are free-standing, indoor condensing oil boilers designed for utility and kitchen installation. The family covers outputs from 15 to 70 kW and incorporates a stainless steel condensing heat exchanger with turbulator baffle system for high seasonal efficiency. Models are suitable as direct replacements for many older oil-fired boilers due to compact widths on selected variants.

Installation & Commissioning
Installation must comply with current Building Regulations. Boilers require on-site commissioning at installation to ensure peak performance and declared efficiency. Annual maintenance is facilitated by full front access to serviceable parts. Suitable locations include kitchen units (compact models), boiler houses and utility rooms.
