At a time when architecture is becoming increasingly versatile and design ever more organic, Grespania presents the Katmandu series, featuring a harmonious convergence of urban and natural landscapes. The reimagining of handmade products plays an essential role in the design of the Kathmandu collection; a new, industrially-produced take on cottos allows us to extend their applications to urban spaces and public places. The colour palette celebrates the beauty of elements such as earth and stones and is available in Natural, Sand, Mineral, Antracita and Tobacco. Traditional cotto formats are converted into relief pieces of 60x60 cm and 30x60 cm. In addition, the series contains two decorative pieces: Bagmati in 60x60 cm and Masala in 30x60 cm. Both are available in two shades, Clear and Dark, that combine perfectly with the base tile, and feature a design that evokes faded, time-worn and weather-beaten cobblestones.
