Gritbox combines 3 different heigth jump boxes with abdominal bench and glute ham raise (GHR) functionalities. Gritbox is built to target both lower body and core muscles with its functionality. Nordic design inspired Gritbox fits into multiple landscapes and sceneries and compliments our other products Gritbird and Gritree. The innovative features of Gritbox enable users to do multiple core and lower body targeting bodyweight exercises including ab raises, glute ham raises, jumps and squats. Difficulty level can be adjusted trainees by changing body position, which makes Gritbox suitable for everyone regardless of their fitness level. Gritbox is manufactured in Finland from ecologically friendly and durable materials.
