Pre-painted Okoume throughout Standard quality Joubert primed is an Okoume throughout pre-painted panel which is ultra smooth and designed for exterior applications, for example construction, eaves fascia and soffits. Its base can be Okouplex or Joubert garant depending on the end use. Thanks to its coating, first a UV mastic to block the pores and then a primary white 80 micron paint, waterbased with weak VOC content (CARB ULEF certified), its ultra smooth surface gives an impeccable finish. All that is then needed is a final coat of paint after a slight sanding. This panel is mainly used in construction for the covering of façades or for decorating individual or collective apartment buildings.
