Designer Gianni Arnaudo Year 2012 WHAT IS IT Thanks to a real genetic mutation, the classic armchair reborn with a multicolour textile inspired by the peculiar characters of the Italians. On the perennial crisis and fear of the future and change we wanted to “put a patch”; colourful and ironic because our salvation is creativity. As like Dostoewskij said: “The beauty will change the world!”. PAPI is roundish, cosy and soft, like the childhood yellow bathducks, but to the adults eyes is irreverent an ironic and a communication tool of individual protest.
