The PENTAFLEX® ABS shuttering elements are part of the versatile PENTAFLEX® joint sealing system designed for the construction of water-impermeable concrete structures (white tank). They are used for construction joints in reinforced concrete slabs exposed to water (floors, walls and ceilings), particularly where high demands are placed on the shear strength of the bonding joint. The joint is reliably sealed by the tried-and-tested PENTAFLEX KB® seam sheet elements. The shuttering is created using rigid and dimensionally stable metal mesh elements, which are reinforced using a special stirrup construction.
