Their cold rolled construction delivers a stronger product to enable significant material and weight savings without compromising performance. This inherent strength also results in increased stiffness, meaning UltraBeam side rails are less likely to flex. This ability to achieve straighter runs ensures easier, more accurate construction. Available in custom lengths – minimising waste and speeding up on-site assembly – with depths up to 305mm that can accommodate a clear span of 8m, UltraBeam side rails feature simple end-connection details. This makes them ideal for a wide range of applications including floor joists, mezzanine platforms, ceilings and side cladding.
