General
The LEDIA handrail luminaires are designed for flush installation in metal or wooden handrails. Nearly invisible in daylight, they provide targeted illumination for bridges, staircases and similar architectural elements during evening and night-time operation.

Product overview
LEDIA GL-A is supplied via an integrated power supply unit with operating voltage 230V and protection class I. The luminaire is intended for continuous architectural lighting of handrails.

Technical details
Rectangular luminaire body in transparent PMMA for flush installation in on-site handrails. Molded LED module with 3–12 LEDs and a nominal beam angle of 40°. Electrical connection via plug/socket with moulded cable. Available lengths: 500 mm and 1000 mm. Maintenance-free design.

Variants and power

• LEDIA GL A: Built-in power supply unit, operating voltage 230V, protection class I, LED fittings up to approx. 15 W.
• LEDIA GL D: External power supply unit for installation in local sub-distribution, operating voltage 24V, protection class III, LED fittings up to 16 W.

Performance and protection
LED lifetime: L80 B10 = 85,000 h at TA ≤ 25°C; L70 B10 = 50,000 h at 25°C < TA ≤ 50°C. Ingress protection: IP65. Impact resistance: IK08.
