Freecooling water chillers with air condensation and axial fans. Series with semi-hermetic screw compressors and refrigerant gas R134a. TECHNICAL DATA • Cooling capacities: 469 to 1,216 kW • Compressor: semi-hermetic screw high energy efficiency with limited star-delta start; includes integral protection, crankcase heater and stopcock in the refrigerant gas pressure pipe • 2 circuits / 6 stages of partialization • Water side exchanger: shell & tubes with dry-expansion; includes differential pressure switch, air purge valve, drain cock, closed cell expanded polyurethane rubber insulation, with U.V.A. ray protection film. Victaulic Connections • Air side heat exchanger: made up of a battery with tubes and aluminium fins, divided into two sections: one dedicated to the condensation of the refrigerant gas and one dedicated to the cooling of the water in operation at Freecooling • 3-way regulating valve: for diverting water flow from the installation to the Freecooling battery or directly to the evaporator • Fan: axial-type electric fans with external rotor and internal thermal protection, protection grille and proportional electronic device, for pressure and continuous regulation of the fan rotation speed up to an external air temperature of -15 °C • Control: microprocessed electronic suitable for connection with the main BMS systems on the market (MODBUS RTU, LON, BacNet) • Load-bearing structure: made of galvanised sheet steel and painted with polyester powders In addition, the unit includes: • High and low pressure display of the refrigeration circuit • Clock card
