The robust stainless steel ground spike ensures secure anchoring in the ground. Alternatively, the device can also be mounted on a pole using clamps. This allows the weather sensor to be positioned wherever you need to precisely determine the current weather situation and, for example, immediately protect the awning in high winds. WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS Combined with other Homematic IP devices, the weather sensor makes daily life easier: within a storm protection device, the shutters can be lowered automatically when a user-defined wind speed is detected. SMART ADD-ONS The rain sensor and the light sensor from Homematic IP are ideal add-ons to the weather sensor to immediately protect the awning when it starts to rain or to automatically lower the roller shutters in strong sunlight.
