The chest has lots of space for storing toys, building blocks and more. The top can be used as an extra seat, a show room or as an extra surface to play on. The closing mechanism for the toy chest makes the lid stay in the positioned it is opened in. That means, if the child opens the toy chest in a 45-degree angle, the lid will stay in this angle, preventing the lid from slamming. The strength of the flap stay can be adjusted using the included Z-key. The edges of the chest has been designed to make it more difficult for small fingers to get hurt, even if the top should close. The chest has 4 wheels, two of which can be locked. The toy chest the surface is treated with water-based lacquer without harmful substances and unnecessary chemistry and is made from FSC® (FSC-C109484)-certified pine wood, and MDF.
