Product description
This Hoshizaki HNC-120BE-R-BH is a sushi display case designed for countertop presentation and short-term refrigerated storage of raw fish and other perishables. The unit maintains food-safe temperatures and a controlled humidity level to minimise dehydration during service. The condensing unit is positioned on the right side (right-sided configuration).
