Tepidarium

Traditionally the tepidarium was a hot room between a very hot bath and a cold bath. Nowadays it is associated to a peaceful sensation of harmony and healthy relaxation. A water (or electric) heating up system is integrated in the structure and creates a regular heat with an air temperature equal to the human body temperature. Heated up relaxation benches are harmoniously integrated in the cabin to ensure comfort to the users. Its soft and warm heat is like an artificial fever, the body absorbs as much heat as what it radiates. This temperature creates optimal conditions to boost the metabolism, decongests and reinforces the immune system. The blood vessels dilate and circulation is improved, particularly in the cold parts. The body warms up without excessive sudation, the tepidarium session is unlimited in time. The famous sentence of Hippocrates probably suits best this cabin: “Give me the power to create fever and I'll cure any disease”. The temperature varies between 37°C and 39°C.
