Positioned behind the distinct frame, a powder-coated black firebox houses two Ignis EB1200 ethanol fireplace inserts offering a segmented liner flame stretching over 14″ in length. The ethanol inserts are both composed of grade 304 stainless steel. They boast spill-proof technology for safety and a sliding damper lid for adjustment. By using the included tool, the flame of each burner may be reduced on demand. This, in turn, also reduces the fireplace’s heat output and cost of operation. Placed in front of the burners is a pane of clear tempered glass. In addition to the obvious safety, the glass adds to the fireplace, it also acts as a windbreaker.
