Description
Oiva Toikka (1931-2019) was known for his visionary and bold glass art that transcended the boundaries of traditional Nordic design. One of his remarkable creations is the iconic N529 art vase, originally designed in 1969. Produced at the Nuutajärvi Glassworks between 1970 and 1972, the art vase now reemerges in beautiful new colours as a tribute to the original design. The graceful calluna hue blends seamlessly with the bright shade of green, reflecting Toikka's impeccable eye for colours. This limited edition release is mouth-blown at the Iittala Glass Factory and consists of only 1000 numbered pieces.
