StoneDrop The solidity of stone meets the fluidity of the design, which, through its very linearity, gives the surface an animated, wavy surface - StoneDrop is the stone mosaic designed by Uainot Architetti. Enter the concept of uniting opposites - on one hand, there is the static nature of the material, and on the other there is the fluidity of movement. Tiny chips of stone, like a million drops of water, are incrusted on the vertical surfaces, creating endless trails that fall and then rebound. Pietra Serena, Colombino and Extraforte make up StoneDrops framework, which presents itself as a series of vertical lines that follow on from one another, evoking water running down the walls. At the bottom the darker colours represent the endless ricochets of the drops on the ground.
