The range consists of four models with a 350+350 litre capacity and a temperature range from –2ºC/+8ºC for positives (NT) and –25ºC/-15ºC for negatives (LT). The Elite range is distinguished by design characteristics and performance of a superior level, and among those which stand out are: -elegant rounded line -cells with rounded internal corners for easier cleaning -height adjustable stainless steel feet -N shelves plastic-coated with scratchproof material (as standard) -internal light and lock with key, as standard -manual condensation evaporation -LCD (liquid crystal display) electronic control panel with large, easy-to-read display This makes it possible to monitor a wide range of parameters, including the door open signal, “intelligent” defrosting (i.e. only when necessary), fault finding, language selection (Italian, English, German, French and Spanish) and the possibility to call up operating programmes dedicated to specific product types. This control box is already equipped with HACCP alarm systems such as the power outage signal (black out), high temperature signal and low temperature signal, which are shown on the LCD. In both temperature ranges, the evaporator is foamed inside the body; this has enabled the creation of a completely free cell, for greater hygiene and easier cleaning.
