Rust converter, appearing like a milky fluid, to be applied by brush or spray on surfaces that cannot be treated mechanically. It reacts with rust forming a metal-organic purple-black complex, very stable, which adheres strongly to sheet metal, preventing new rust from forming and acting as excellent substrate for paints that will be applied subsequently.
