Acrylic elastomeric resin-based wall paint, it is the ideal surface preparation before applying elastomeric or any type of synthetic type finishes. It ensures excellent resistance to algae and mould growth on the treated surface. It allows good water vapour diffusion, linked to high weathering resistance and to sudden temperature changes. The granular nature of the product guarantees excellent smoothing and filling properties in the case of irregular or non-homogeneous surfaces, and creates an elastic bridge on the cracks preventing water and carbon dioxide infiltrations. Application It may be applied over any type of plasters, new or painted, on concrete or previously painted surfaces.
