Care & maintenance

• PET fibres do not provide a breeding ground for bacteria
• Dyed-through fibres resist bleaching from aggressive cleaning agents and disinfectants
• Suitable cleaning agents include alcohol solutions (e.g. 75% alcohol) and, for heavier contamination, hydrogen peroxide
• For dust/fluff removal use a feather duster or a regular vacuum cleaner

Sustainability & end-of-life

• ARCHISONIC® Felt is manufactured with a high percentage of recycled PET content (60% certified post-consumer content)
• Take-back / recycling programme (Re:Impact) applies to ARCHISONIC® Felt and compatible non-laminated PET-based acoustic felt products; returned material is processed for depolymerisation back into PET feedstock
• Third-party sustainability certifications and badges are associated with the material (e.g. recycled content and related sustainability logos)
