PVC waterstops are ideal for the protection and containment of water in concrete structures such as swimming pools, aqueducts and foundations. They offer resistance to chemicals, remarkable flexibility at low temperatures and durability. Waterstop 'RGF' profiles are used for waterproofing in the presence of structural joints and ensure watertightness even under pressure. They are used both to contain water in the construction of swimming pools, canals, aqueducts reservoirs and dams, for example, and for water protection in foundations such as in tunnels and silos. The type of PVC employed allows waterstops to be used on concrete structures exposed to temperatures between -30°C and +70°C, ensuring considerable resistance to ageing, chemical aggression in alkaline environments brackish water and acid solutions.
