Injection pipe fittings are made of materials resistant to atmospheric and chemical agents, maintaining their mechanical properties over time. Equipped with a smooth flange for welding on PVC and TPO membranes, and a three-stage tang, they facilitate the installation of injection fittings with minimal maintenance. The materials used to manufacture injection pipe fittings ensure their excellent resistance to deterioration caused by the sun, ozone and other atmospheric or chemical agents normally present. Their mechanical properties remain unchanged over time. The tang of the fittings can be cut at the point where the inner diameter corresponds to the outer diameter of the element to be passed through. To facilitate the installation of the fittings, we recommend lubricating the injection element with soapy water, silicone oil or dilating the fittings using a hot air blower. Thorough cleaning of the fitting and synthetic felt near the welding area is recommended. The PVC and TPO fitting has a smooth flange for welding to prefabricated PVC and TPO membranes and a central three-stage tang.
