Balneotherapy aims to help and maintain our health, just as spas have traditionally done. Halotherapy or salt therapy uses the properties of salt to improve health, particularly that of the skin and airways. It has purifying, anti-bacterial, anti-inflammatory and relaxation effects. Users can breathe an atmosphere saturated in salt micro-particles, reproducing the micro-climate of Himalayan salt mines.
